Yearbook Pictures/Help
If you take pictures of special class activities -- recess, field trips, class projects, MicroSociety... -- please share them with your
child's classroom teacher. We like to cover many of the activities that happen
throughout the year.
Please send pictures to your child's teacher. Be sure to
identify the class and the activity on the back of the photo. Photos cannot be returned. Pictures will not be published without permission from the
parents.
Contact your child's teacher to help create the classroom yearbook page.
Washington Mutual Bank Day
Your student can deposit into their Washington Mutual Account on Bank Days -- every Tuesday. This program is sponsored by Washington Mutual (WaMu) and
your child can bring money to school to make a deposit into their bank
account. For existing accounts, they can bring their envelope packet
and check register from last year. For more info or to apply for a
new account, please contact the PTO at 425-204-4925.
Teacher's Wish Lists
Teachers have requested donations of these supplies if you
have any extras: black Sharpie pens, spiral notebooks, glue sticks,
Kleenex, Children's books, erasable pens, pencils...
This list is only a guide, any donations -- including your time -- are always welcome and
much appreciated by both teachers and students. The PTO also accepts
donations and collects items throughout the year. Thank you for any
donations! Questions?
Volunteer Opportunities
Please contact the PTO at 425-204-4925 to volunteer at any time.
Or drop a note into the PTO box in the office. Please take a look the events calendars (Events button) for more
details on when activities are happening throughout the school.
Some continuing needs are:
- Auction procurement and help
- tutoring/mentoring a child
- helping a teacher
- Field Day (in June)
- Fundraiser help
- MicroSociety Program - many needs, but especially on Tuesday,
Wednesday & Thursday from 2:00-3:30. Please contact Sally Boni by phone at 425-204-4916 or email sally.boni@renton.wednet.edu.
Box Tops for Education and Campbell Soup Labels
Please save your coupons on General Mills box tops and Campbell Soup Labels. Please
take time to trim your labels before sending them to school. The
money we receive goes into the classrooms and the teachers decide how it
is spent. We are able to "purchase" some great equipment for our
school using the labels. Labels can be turned into your child's teacher or in a box in the front office.
For additional fundraising information, please click on Fundraising.
Lost & Found
We are always finding clothing and personal items left by children throughout the school. If your child is missing something, please have them check the lost & found in the cafeteria. Unclaimed clothing is given to charity.
