How do I request a copy of my high school transcript?

Contact the registrar at the high school you attended, if after 1978. When schools are closed, or before 1979, send your written request to Renton School District #403, Student Information Services, 300 SW 7th Street, Renton WA 98055. There is a $5.00 fee for transcripts. Include your full name at the time of attendance and the year that you would have or did graduate, date of birth and the address that the transcript is to be sent, along with a phone number. A copy of a picture ID must accompany written requests for transcripts.
