A variety of special programs are offered at Hillcrest including some elementary behavior disabilities programs, preschool special education, Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), and Even Start.
I-728 is a statewide initiative passed by Washington
voters. As a result of the initiative, districts will receive
funding for the purpose of achieving higher academic standards
for all students through smaller class sizes and other improvements.
