  1. Hey RHS! Interested in ASA, the Asian Student Association? Then come to the first club meeting on Tuesday, October 7 at 2:15 in room 316, Mr. Okimoto. We will go over the purpose of the Club and have some fun. Come, bring a friend and make new ones.

  2. Hello, LSSU members!! The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 7 in room 365. We will be doing elections. Please come right after school and be prepared to vote. (S Welch, 10/7)

  3. Attention Students: If you took you food handler test on September 17, your cards are here! See Mr. Bento in room 127 to get them. Miss your chance? Stay tuned for your next opportunity to take your food handler test. (J Bento, 10/7)

  4. The Healthy Youth Survey is coming the week of October 13 th. The survey will be given during your Advisory this week. This survey is very important. It is anonymous but your participation brings funding to our school for services. (B Lamb, 10/8)

  5. A representative from Western Washington University will be in the Career Center to give an overall presentation of their campus during both lunches on Wednesday, October 8. Please sign-up and receive a pass from Ms. Atkins in the Career Center. Students that have received a personal letter from Western, please see Ms. Atkins ASAP! There will be no passes issued on the day of the presentation. (D Atkins, 10/8)

  6. Attention: Former Culinary Arts students who had Ms. Konkol during 2007 or 2008. Please pick up your composition books and/or final Family Dinner project before Thursday, October 9. These are great to use for your culminating portfolios. After October 9, everything will be tossed. (A Konkol, 10/9)

  7. Attention Juniors interested in preparing for the SAT. The PSAT will be given here at RHS on Saturday, October 18. The fee for the test if $20. Please sign up for the test in the Counseling Office. Fees should be paid to the ASB Secretary/Bookkeeper, Mrs. Benedictus. For additional information, contact Mr. White. (T White, 10/10)

  8. For students that would like their bedrooms and pets to be in the yearbook, please submit pictures to Mrs. Johnson in room 152. They have to be either hard copy or digital. There will be a short survey to fill out and to be turned in. (S Johnson, 10/10)

  9. Hey Key Clubbers! Need community service hours? Then come to Key Club. Even though you must pay a membership fee before doing events, come check us out anyway. Find us at the Cafeteria, every Wednesday, 2:15 after school. Remember, Caring Our Way of Life.
