Stadium Information
FOR FOOTBALL:
• If your school is the “home team” your bus will be parked inside the
complex, on the south side of the stadium near the first aid office. If your
school is the “visiting team” your bus will be parked inside the complex, on
the south side of the stadium, near the boiler room. All players will
access their respective locker rooms from their individual buses.
• There is no cross field traffic at Renton Stadium. If you are the visiting team your fans will purchase their admission tickets, park, and sit on the
visitors side (north side) of the stadium. Please get this word out to your fans!
• All stadium ticket booths and gates will be closed at the end of the 3 rd qtr.
Some of the gates will be reopened at the end of the game for spectators
and students to leave the stadium area.
• An “OUT ONLY” turnstile is located on the south side of the stadium for
exiting out of the stadium.
FOR STADIUM EVENTS (that start at 5 pm or later)
• NO STUDENT PASS-OUT POLICY: Once a student chooses to leave the stadium area they will not be able to re-enter the facility. Seamount League rules dictate this.
- We are trying something new this year where we will allow ADULTS to re-enter the stadium. They will get a ticket at the ticket booth. Our ticket taker will rip the ticket in half and the adult will be given half of the ticket. If they leave they will have their hand stamped. To re-enter they will need to give our ticket taker their ticket stub AND show their stamp. If they don’t have BOTH they will not be allowed to re-enter! Signs will be posted informing them of the procedures. People have been asking for this for years and we are going to try it. If we run into problems then we will go back to NO PASS OUTS for everyone!
- Please provide at least one supervisor for ALL football/soccer games. This person should check in with our ticket taker and get a radio so that stadium staff can communicate with them.
• All students need to show a valid ASB card w/sticker; this will admit your
students at the student prices. On your school’s home game night(s) they
will be admitted free if they show their ASB card w/sticker.
Safety is our primary concern at stadium events. With this in mind, please remind your students of the following rules and help us to enforce these:
• Excessive “traffic” across the top of the stands will not be permitted as it
creates a safety hazard.
• The aisles must be utilized and students are expected to leave and return to
their seats promptly.
• Students should not congregate in the entrance breezeways or the walking
area behind the fence line. This is technically a “fire lane” and must be kept clear of “people” traffic.
• Students are reminded that drinking, tobacco (smoking and/or chewing), and drugs are strictly prohibited.
