Hazen High School's Sport Stacking to be on Evening Magazine

April 27, 2007 - Hazen High School’s sport stacking team recently competed at the World Sport Stacking Championships in Colorado. The team brought home 62 medals, 5 trophies, and set 10 unofficial world records. Video footage of the event is being reviewed by the World Stacking Committee before records are made official.

Team members were interviewed for a segment on KING 5’s Evening Magazine and by sports television ESPN. The Evening Magazine story should air on Friday, April 27, at 7:00 pm. The team was asked to demonstrate their sport stacking technique at the United Airlines ticketing area before flying out. United Airlines also made good luck goody bags for the students and made a good luck announcement on the flight.
