Renton Community Foundation gives $40,000 to teachers and community organization; Foundation seeks new Executive Director

January 27, 2006 - The Renton Community Foundation's “Circle of Giving” program has awarded grants totaling $40,000 to Renton teachers and staff and more than two dozen local organizations. Twenty-eight teachers received a total of $10,000 in grants as part of the annual Circle of Giving program. Over the past six years, the Renton Community Foundation Circle of Giving has awarded $148,000 in grants to teachers and various community organizations and projects.
