Join local business leaders in recognizing Renton teachers - Nominations sought for annual Ahead of Class Award

Local business leaders are again looking for your help in recognizing Renton teachers. Members of the Greater Renton Chamber of Commerce will honor Renton teachers with the annual "Ahead of the Class" award.

Please take time to nominate a deserving teacher for this award. It truly is a unique and wonderful opportunity to honor Renton teaching staff. Teachers selected for the award will receive a cash award of $500 and be honored at a ceremony and dessert reception on May 9 at 7 p.m. at the Renton IKEA Performing Arts Center.
