Nominate someone as 'Citizen of the Year'

August 17, 2004 - The Greater Renton Chamber of Commerce is taking nominations for the Renton Citizen of the Year. Nomination forms are available by calling the Chamber of Commerce at 425-226-4560 or online at the Spotlight section of the city of Renton Web site at www.ci.renton.wa.us.

Nominations are being accepted through Aug. 31. Renton's Citizen of the Year program recognizes the contributions made by individuals to Renton through their generosity and volunteerism.

Representatives from the Greater Renton Chamber of Commerce, city of Renton and Renton Rotary will select the top three outstanding citizens, who will be honored at a banquet Oct. 14. One of the three will be named Citizen of the Year.
