Lindbergh High School
Gets Double Honors
The Lindbergh High School boys varsity
cross-country team has been recognized for academic success as well
as being ranked second going into the state championship this weekend.
The team won the state academic championship, presented by the Washington
Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA), by posting an average
3.877 g.p.a. They will receive the award in Pasco where they will
also compete for the cross-country championship title.Other fall
sports teams at Lindbergh have also proven their academic skills.
Six of the schools nine fall-sports teams were recognized
for academic excellence by posting a g.p.a. of more than 3.5. |
