Renton School Board Hearing on I-728

April 24, 2001The Renton School Board will convene an open public hearing on Tuesday, April 24, 2001 at 6 pm at the Kohlwes Education Center (300 SW 7th Street, Renton) for the purpose of discussing plans to allocate resources from I-728. The initiative was passed by statewide voters in November and requires a public hearing. The six state mandated areas in which I-728 dollars may be spent will be presented. Planning documents developed by individual schools, through their site councils will also be discussed. Public comments are welcome.
