Partnership for Learning Sponsors WASL Television Special

May 17, 2001 - Partnership for Learning is sponsoring a television special featuring teachers from Bellingham, Bellevue, Seattle and Union Gap who will be discussing the WASL and more with State Superintendent Dr. Terry Bergeson. Discussion will include: who wrote the standards and the assessments, does the WASL really measure the EALRs, what has been done to the 4th grade math WASL to address teacher concerns, and many other issues that are important to teachers.
