Name the New Hazen Auditorium - May 2001

This fall, beginning with the 2001-2002 school year, Hazen's new auditorium will open. A committee has been set up to submit to the Renton School Board a total of three (3) suggested names. Now is the time for any student, staff, or community member to suggest names for the 600 seat fine arts auditorium. Any suggested name must follow the naming guidelines provided by district policy 7170, and names must fit one of the following three categories:

Naming forms may be picked up in the lobby of the Khowles Education Center (the district office), 300 SW 7th Street, or at Hazen High School, 1101 Hoquiam Avenue N.E. All suggested names must be submitted to Hazen High School by May 31, 2001. Any questions regarding the naming of Hazen's new fine arts auditorium may be addressed to Mr. Bob Davis at 425-204-4261.
