Maplewood Heights
PTA is an active organization and open to everyone... parents, teachers,
grandparents, community members... Everyone! We offer many opportunities
to get involved in the school community and help build a better world
for children.
Why
Join?
Your membership
to the PTA shows your support of the goals and objectives of PTA.
It indicates a commitment to the health, welfare and safety for children
and youth in your community, and everywhere. The strength of PTA in
efforts to get laws passed that support children, youth and education
is directly related to its membership. Your membership DOES count!
Joining PTA does not commit
you to be a volunteer. However, volunteer efforts to any degree
that your schedule allows are appreciated - and the more involved
you get, the more benefits you may see in the long run.
Membership costs for the 2006-2007
school year are $12.00 for individuals, $20.00 for families (2 persons),
and $10.00 for senior citizens. Dues support the State
and National PTA organizations as well
as our local unit.
We
encourage everyone to join and support the objectives of PTA.

school and we'll send you a membership packet.
