Purpose: To promote product and career information by demonstrating and explaining products and services. Eligible Exhibits: Hazen DECA Trade Show Committee must approve of all booths. The businesses may only display goods dealing with their business. All promotional activities must be confined to the limits of the booth Samples: Are Allowed but you must provide them Booth Equipment: After paying for the booth, Hazen will provide the tables that you ordered, tablecloth, two chairs and a sign is available if desired. The booth fee does not include shipping, charges, and special lights. Installation & Removal of Exhibits: Hazen will set up your booth on the day of the Trade Show( you must provide your display objects, products, samples, handouts, etc.). Your booth must stay intact until dismantling time. Security: There will be DECA members watching over your booth at all times and there will be a Police officer pm duty. Hazen is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Audio/ Visual: The use of devices for mechanical production of sound is allowed. Cancellations: You need to inform us of a cancellation one week prior to the Trade show date. There will be a cancellation fee of $50. Clarification of Rules: Hazen has the right to enforce rules and regulations listed here, and to make changes if necessary for the orderl conduct of the exhibit. Location of Booth: Hazen's DECA Trade Show Committee will assign space locations. Payment for Space: Your booth fee must be paid in full by the registration deadline: October 19, 2007. If payment is not received prior to the registration dealine, Hazen DECA Trade Show Committee has the right to cancel any reserved booth space. |
